Rosemary Wreath Napkin Rings for an Intimate Holiday Dinner
My extended family lives in New York, so growing up we would have a smaller Christmas once in a while. Regardless of who joined us, my Mom always seemed to have a beautiful, warm table setting with lots of delicious food. If you are hosting an intimate group of friends or family this holiday season, I have some very easy dinner decor ideas for you today! You can use lovely things from around your house. I also encourage you to use this as a starting point and to add unique touches that will make it your own. I hope this brings a little inspiration to you today, especially if you are someone who lives out of state or away from family.
What you'll need....
20-30 small rosemary sprigs
Pears (or any fruit really)
Napkins (mine are from home goods)
Your favorite dishes
Your favorite wine glasses
Grab 2 or 3 springs at a time and wrap a small piece of wire around them.
Connect 3-4 grouped sprigs together with the floral wire.
Finally tie them with some twine or a colored ribbon.
Put each wreath on top of each napkin. I also chose to put a piece of red ribbon on top for little pop of color.
For your centerpiece, use something in your home that can be a great conversational piece. For example, I used my husband's new antlers that he got at Thanksgiving, during his family hunting trip. It was an 8 point buck this year! How could I not use them?
For the place setting, I used my simple white porcelain plates, and some vintage wine glasses.
I put a simple pear above each dish, something your company can take home or eat for dessert.
I'd love to hear from you in the comments below, if you end up trying it! Merry Christmas friends!
